    Positive Growth Outlook for the Aluminium Casting Industry

    In 2017 German aluminium foundries succeeded in keeping their production output at a record level of 1.118 million tonnes. The casting method with the highest output is pressure die casting (663,000 tons), followed by gravity-die casting (347,000 tons) and sand casting (98,000 tons). This trend is also quite likely to continue in 2018.
