The pocket floor plan contains an exhibitor list as well as the floor plans. He is handed out to all 18,000 visitors as well as to the press representatives, participants of the conference and the exhibitors.

entrance ticket

Every visitor receives a ticket so as to gain access to the fair. With your logo and the stand number on the entrance ticket you can guide the 18,000 visitors to the fair directly to your stand.

Advertisement in the show catalogue

The catalogue is “the” visitor information medium at the fair. Even after the fair, the catalogue is frequently in demand for reference purposes. In addition, each exhibitor is given a copy. Consequently, you can reach not only all 18,000 visitors to the fair, but also people from the industry.
Set a trend with an advert in the catalogue.

Lanyards

Every one of the 18,000 visitors receives a lanyard with your company name, logo and/or booth number on it to affix its visitor badge. This way not only the visitors’ but also the exhibitors’ attention will be caught.

Promotion team

This is the most personal and original variant of the visitor approach. Send a suitably equipped promotional team of your choice to the fair and get them to distribute your advertising material to potential customers. You will then clearly be memorable.
