Research Forum

The special trade fair presentation for institutes and universities

The Research Forum offers institutes an attractive presentation area at ALUMINIUM 2010.

The Research Forum is a representative joint stand and is located in hall 5 which is the joint hall of ALUMINIUM and COMPOSITES EUROPE 2010. Within a space of over 140 sqm different research institutes present themselves and their projects concerning aluminium.

Institutes have the possibility to present themselves and their projects at an info counter.

Every info counter offers the following equipment:

• Info counter with desk and poster presentation space
• lightening
• bar stool
• brochure rack for own promotion material (DinA4)
• carpet
• Power connection and consumption
• Lockable cabin for material

Within the Research Forum we offer the possibility to present your projects towards the trade visitors in form of lectures at an own presentation area. This presentation area is organised by the Fraunhofer Institut which also exhibits within the Research Forum.

The participation at the forum offers you a full-service-package. All additional costs and further benefits are included in the package. Overall you receive the following services within the full service package:
stand rent • application fee • extra lump sum • AUMA-contribution • joint catalogue entry for ALUMINIUM and COMPOSITES EUROPE • joint internet entry for ALUMINIUM and COMPOSITES EUROPE • advertising material to invite your visitors • 2 free exhibitor passes • basic and daily cleaning during the show incl. waste disposal • general stand security • exhibitor insurance

Furthermore you are especially highlighted as exhibitor in our forum. We offer you the following marketing services: integration into our visitor promotion, e.g. information about the research forum and your projects in press releases newsletters and visitor brochures, forum page in the catalogue, forum entry in the internet, highlighting on the floor plan etc.

DThe price for an info counter (plus VAT) is 850,- €. Additionally you can order an individual catalogue and internet entry for a fee of 600,-€.
