Alumero is now one of the top industry addresses for custom-made solutions. Its focus is on the extrusion, profile, surface and mechanized manufacturing sectors, as well as on component manufacturing. In our Bautec business segment, our product ranges include aluminium windows, doors and cladding elements, glass and steel structures, and profile systems and noise barriers of aluminium. In our industrial segment, Alumero manufactures standard and customized profiles, as well as metal sheets and strips offering a wide variety of surfaces and qualities. And finally, Alumero is also active in the metal component segment, featuring specialized component fabrication using sheet metal and profile processing in addition to welded elements.

In each and every segment, Alumero pays particular attention to achieving the highest product quality as well as the timely and economical execution of every project. Alumero’s employees see themselves primarily as project managers who constantly keep an eye on the overall project while carrying out their detailed responsibilities.

In addition to their own aluminium extrusion press for precision profiles, Alumero also has 4-axis machining centres on hand for the automated processing of aluminium profiles. The continuously variable machining of the profiles with axis-operated milling heads is performed using all available tools, from 0° to 180°. All operations, such as milling, drilling and thread machining, take place on the stationary profile rod to protect the surface of the profile.

Alumero’s CNC sheet metal machining makes short processing times possible for a wide variety of components. The company covers the entire spectrum, from the prototype to mass production. Alumero’s component production services encompass the processing of customer parts (toll manufacturing), the manufacture of components including the procurement of materials and the subcontracting of third-party services, cost-oriented construction optimization, as well as the manufacture of components using internally and externally-supplied parts, and also includes disposition, logistics and final inspection. When it comes to surface technologies, the characteristics of the materials are being systematically improved and a broad spectrum of design options is achieved using various finishes and colours.
