Participation costs
1. Stand rent pre-booking (only for exhibitors of ALUMINIUM 2010 for registration until 09/16/2010)
- Row stand (1 open side): 185,05 €/sqm
- Corner stand (2 open sides): 204,25 €/sqm
- End of block (3 open sides): 216,60 €/sqm
- Island site (4 open sides):229,90 €/sqm
2. Stand rent (regular prize)
- Row stand (1 open side): 199,- €/sqm
- Corner stand (2 open sides): 215,- €/sqm
- End of block (3 open sides): 228,- €/sqm
- Island site (4 open sides): 242,- €/sqm
3. Additional costs
- Costs depending on the stand size: Extra lump sum for hall cleaning, hall climate and waste disposal: 19,50 €/sqm
- AUMA contribution (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry): 0,60 €/sqm
General additional costs (do not depend on size and type of stand)
- Application fee: 69,-€
- Marketing package: 820,-€ (catalogue entry, internet entry, advertising: entrance vouchers, stickers, invitation flyers for visitors)
- Insurance: 305,- €
4. Stand construction

Participation as co-exhibitor
Of course you can exhibit with other companies on a joint stand and share the costs. Please note that one company has to be registered as a main exhibitor.
The registration of co-exhibitors has to be done by the main exhibitor with a order form.
For each co-exhibitor a fee of 480,- € will be charged. Each co-exhibitor receives his own catalogue and internet entry. The complete marketing package costs 820,- €. Also essential for co-exhibitors: the earlier you apply the more you can benefit from the marketing activities, because every co-exhibitor is also listed in the internet as well as in the newsletter.
Participation in a national pavilion
Present yourself together with other companies from your country in one of our national pavilions. The national pavilions are organised by one of our representatives in your country and the organiser will support you in your mother language. Moreover, we offer you a full-service-package which includes all important components of the booth (stand rent incl. stand construction and additional costs, please find more information at the page national pavilions at each pavilion). We take organisation and handling of the stand construction to reduce your organisation and resource effort. So you can take the most possible advantage of your time at ALUMINIUM.

Participation in a theme pavillion
At ALUMINIUM 2012 companies can participate in one of the four segment pavilions. By participating within the pavilion you can benefit from the offered full service packages (stand rent incl. stand construction and additional costs as mentioned on the particular fact sheet). That is the easiest way to focus on your customers.
In 2012 the following theme pavilions will be offered:
- Foundry Pavilion
All about casting - Product solutions in Aluminium - Competence Centre Surface Technology
Design meets functionality - Surface treatment of aluminium - Primary Pavilion
Equipment and technology for primary production - Welding & Joining Pavilion
Combining with aluminium - Magnesium-Area
Integrative area for delivery and development of the material magnesium
Further, we offer the possibility to present your company with an individual stand within special areas:

- Trade Area

Deadline for application
The official registration deadline for participation at the ALUMINIUM 2012 is the 9th July 2012. If after this date exhibition space is still available, a later registration will be possible.
Note, however, that the most popular stands are always the first to be snapped up. Early registration is also recommended in terms of advertising your stand at the ALUMINIUM. We can then include you in our communication right from the outset. Maximum numbers of people will then know about your stand at the exhibition and come looking for you.
Service forms
Once you have registered for the ALUMINIUM, we'll send out service forms etc. in spring 2012. Use these to place any orders for exhibition services. We've put together a check list containing all the key planning steps to give you maximum support in your planning.
